Refund Policy 
No Refunds – Except for Defective or Deficit Items
Please note that we do not offer refunds for returned products. Refunds are only permitted if the item received is defective, damaged, or if the order is incomplete/deficit (missing items). In such cases, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

Damages, Defects & Deficit Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items / deficit in quantity

Contact us immediately at support@asitanetrading.com and we will evaluate the issue. If confirmed, we will process a full refund or replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, dates, plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Personal care or cosmetic products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable products, gases
  • Sale/clearance items & gift cards

Exchanges

We do not provide direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you may place a new order after your return request is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For EU customers only: You have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original condition. This does not apply to non-returnable categories listed above.


Refunds for Defective/Deficit Items Only

If approved, refunds for defective or deficit items will be issued within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
