1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded between the following parties under the terms and conditions stated below.

By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer acknowledges in advance that upon confirming the order, they are obliged to pay the order price, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties (if any), and additional charges, and that they have been duly informed thereof.
2. Definitions
- Ministry: Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye
- Law: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers
- Regulation: Regulation on Distance Contracts
- Service: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, performed or promised in return for a fee
- Seller: The company offering goods or services within the scope of its commercial activities
- Buyer: A natural or legal person acquiring goods or services for non-commercial purposes
- Site: The Seller’s website
- Goods: Movable goods and digital content prepared for electronic use
- Contract: This Distance Sales Agreement
3. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the goods or services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.
Prices published on the Site are the sale prices and remain valid until updated or changed.

7. Product / Service Information
7.1 Product Details
The basic characteristics of the goods or services (type, quantity, brand, model, color, size) are published on the Seller’s website.
7.2 Prices
Prices displayed on the Site are sale prices and remain valid until updated.
7.3 Taxes and Payments

The invoice shall be delivered electronically or together with the shipment.
9. General Provisions
9.1 Information and Acceptance
The Buyer declares that they have reviewed the preliminary information, product characteristics, price, payment method, delivery terms, and right of withdrawal, and that they have provided electronic approval accordingly.
9.2 Delivery
The product shall be delivered within the period stated on the Site, provided that it does not exceed 30 days, unless otherwise stated due to international shipping conditions.
10. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any justification, by notifying the Seller.
For international orders, return shipping costs may be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
11. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s personal requests
- Hygiene products, cosmetics, and consumables once opened
- Products not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons
- Digital products delivered electronically once access has started
12. Default and Legal Consequences
In the event of default due to payment by credit card, the Buyer accepts that interest and legal responsibilities shall be governed by the agreement between the cardholder and the bank.
13. Authorized Court
In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence or where the transaction is made shall have jurisdiction, within the limits specified by law.
14. Effectiveness
This Agreement enters into force when the Buyer completes the payment for the order placed on the Site and is deemed accepted electronically.
